I recommend buying the combined ticket for Christiansborg Palace and the Tower. It saved me some bucks compared to purchasing them separately, and the palace tour was awesome!

I suggest arriving at 9 AM when it opens. It was much less crowded then and I got to enjoy the views without feeling rushed. Plus the morning light is great for photos!

If you're planning to visit on a weekend, I recommend checking out their website for any special events or tournaments, as they can get pretty crowded and things may get a bit chaotic.
