Make sure to bring cash! Some places don't accept credit cards, and you don’t want to miss out just because you can't pay.
Bourbon Street

My advice is to chat with the locals. They can steer you towards hidden gems where the parties are way more fun and laid-back!
Rumba

I suggest trying the tropical cocktails, they're super refreshing! Just avoid the more expensive bottles on the menu unless you wanna splurge. They can be a bit overrated and you'll miss out on the fresh local flavors.

I recommend checking out Rumba during the week, like Tuesday or Wednesday. It’s less crowded, so you can enjoy yourself and chat more with the staff and locals. Weekend nights can get a bit overwhelming!
Vivonte Cigars

Ask the staff for their recommendations on local cigars. They know their stuff! I went with their suggestion and ended up with a fantastic one I wouldn't have picked myself.

Try to visit during the weekday afternoons; it’s usually quieter, and you can enjoy the cigars without the hustle and bustle of crowds. Plus, the staff has more time to chat and give you recommendations!
Bring a friend who also loves cigars, you'll both appreciate the tasting experience more. Enjoying a smoke and having someone to share thoughts with made the visit much more enjoyable for me.
City Lights

I think checking out the Happy Hour specials is a must! I saved a lot on drinks that way, and it’s always nice to enjoy a good deal.

If you're planning to socialize, sit at the bar instead of a table. Trust me, I learned this the hard way. You meet way more interesting folks this way!
