I suggest you book your flight a bit in advance, as prices can jump up last minute. I saved quite a bit by planning ahead!

Don’t forget to check the weather ahead of time! We almost missed our flight because we didn’t realize it was going to cloud over in the afternoon. Total bummer!

I recommend bringing your own snacks and water for the trip... The ones available on-site were pretty pricey, and I wish I had saved some cash

If you're going to take pictures, I’d suggest going for the morning flights. The light is amazing, and you get clearer views without the haze that comes later.
