My advice is to wear good shoes. I wore my casual sneakers and regretted it halfway through. Trust me you'll want something with better grip and support!

I recommend trying to get there about 15 minutes early to stretch. It helps you get into the vibe, plus you can scope out the best spots to practice.

I suggest checking the schedule ahead of time. Some sessions can get full quickly, and if you're spontaneous like I was, you'll miss out. Try noon to avoid the crowds too!

I think you should bring a water bottle. There's a café, but prices are a bit steep. Hydration is key, especially if you're going to be active!
Pointe de la Torche

bring your own beach gear if you can. renting surfboards and stuff can get pricey, but if you have your own, you'll save a ton.

If you're not into surfing, go for a walk along the coast at sunset around 8 PM. The views are breathtaking, and it’s way less crowded then. Perfect for some peace and quiet!

Grab some food from the local cafes by the beach, they're often cheaper than the ones in town. I loved the crepes nearby – so delish and affordable!

If you're planning to surf, check the tide tables before you go. I found out the hard way that the waves are way better a few hours after high tide!
Kingoland

Bring a reusable water bottle! They have refill stations around the park, so you won't waste time waiting in line for overpriced drinks. Just stay hydrated and enjoy the rides!

If you're planning to go on popular rides, hit them up right when the park opens at 10 AM. By doing this, I saved myself from long wait times later in the day!

Look out for combo ticket deals online before you go—my ticket also included a meal voucher, which saved me some cash and made lunch a breeze!
La Palue Beach

I recommend exploring the nearby trails too. They offer stunning views and were way less crowded than the beach, making for a lovely break from the surf.
New Jump Rennes Trampoline Park

I suggest booking your tickets online in advance to save a few euros and skip the long queue at the entrance. It really helped me avoid unnecessary waiting when I visited.
