Cathedrale de Saint-Malo
I suggest visiting early in the morning, around 9 AM, to avoid the crowds. You'll get those beautiful photos without people wandering through your shot
Les Ramparts de Saint Malo
I think you can save some cash by packing a picnic instead of eating at the cafes. The grassy areas near the ramparts are perfect for chilling and enjoying your food with a view!
Make sure to wear comfy shoes! The cobblestones can be a bit tricky and you'll be walking a lot. I learned the hard way after blisters on my first visit!
Tombeau de Chateaubriand
Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes! The paths can be a bit uneven, and you'll want to walk around the area to fully appreciate the scenery.
Take some time to explore the surrounding area after visiting the tomb. There are beautiful coastal paths and hidden spots that aren't crowded; I wish I had done this!
Solidor Tower
I recommend visiting during the early morning, around 9 AM, to avoid the crowds. It gives you more time to explore the area and take photos without rushing. Plus, the light is perfect for pictures!
National Fort
I recommend visiting the Fort early in the morning, around 9 AM, to avoid the crowds. I did this and it was way more enjoyable to explore without all the people around. Plus, the light for photos is fantastic at that time
My advice is to grab a picnic lunch from one of the local shops before you go. There are some lovely spots with views where you can chill and eat saving a bit of cash compared to restaurant prices. Trust me the view makes the sandwiches taste even better!
Corsair Museum
Jacques Cartier Museum
My advice is to visit during the week especially early in the morning around 10 AM. It gets super packed on weekends so you’ll enjoy a quieter experience.
