If you can try to visit on a weekday instead of the weekend. It’s way less crowded and you’ll have more time to taste all the cheeses and chat with the cheesemakers. I did this and it was so much more enjoyable.

don’t miss out on their cheese sampling sessions! i almost skipped them thinking they were just a sales ploy, but i ended up discovering a couple of my new favorite cheeses. also, bring cash just in case since not all places accept cards.
