Park Asterix

Wear comfy shoes - you'll be doing a lot of walking! My feet were killing me by the end of the day, and I wished I had chosen better footwear.

Make sure to try the Oxygénator ride early in the morning. Lines get crazy as the day goes on and it’s a wild ride you don’t wanna miss!

I recommend checking the park app for ride wait times. It helped me skip a lot of long lines and get on the fun stuff faster!

I suggest visiting on a weekday in June if you can. The crowds were way lighter than on weekends and makes for a much more enjoyable experience!
Gravelines Sportica

i recommend arriving by 10 am on weekends; it gets super busy later, and you'll have more chances to play without waiting around.

For roller skating, bring your own skates if you have them; rental fees add up fast, and the rentals were a bit worn down.
Pierre-Mauroy Stadium

Arrive a bit earlier, like around 1-2 hours before a match. This way, you can soak in the atmosphere outside and grab some food from the food trucks around the stadium, which can be way cheaper than inside.

Exploring the stadium's architecture is awesome, but plan your visit when they have guided tours, usually before big matches. I went during an off-peak time, and I missed out on some cool insights!
Paintball Lille

Watch out for the weather! I thought it’d be fine, but it started raining and we got soaked. Bring a small poncho just in case!

If you're planning to buy extra paintballs, do it in bulk! It’s much cheaper that way and will keep the game going longer

I think arriving a little before 2 PM is a smart move. You can set up and get your gear without feeling rushed.
Stade Pierre-Mauroy

I think it’s worth it to download the stadium's app before you go. It’s got all the info on game day, like merch shops and food stands that can be a game changer!

i recommend checking out the local street food around the stadium. it’s much cheaper than the overpriced snacks inside, and you’ll find some delicious options!

I found that using public transport to get to the stadium is way easier than parking. The metro is fast and convenient – trust me, you won't want to deal with the parking chaos!
Dennlys Park

I suggest coming right when it opens, around 10 AM, so you can hit the popular rides before the lines get crazy. Trust me, it's way easier to enjoy without waiting ages.

If you're planning to buy souvenirs, I recommend checking out the gift shop last. I found some cool stuff, but prices there were better than other places around the park.
Liberty Roller

I think if you’re on a budget look out for combo tickets. They sometimes run deals with local eateries so you can skate and then grab a bite without breaking the bank. I wish I’d known that before!

I suggest checking the schedule for themed nights; they have roller disco parties that are way more fun than regular skates! Plus, it’s a cool way to meet locals. It can get super crowded, so arrive by 7 PM to snag a good spot.
Park Bagatelle

I suggest scheduling your visit around lunchtime, like 1 PM. The lines tend to be shorter after the lunch rush, so you can enjoy the rides without waiting too long.

I think it's worth buying tickets online to avoid the long queues at the entrance. You can save some serious time that way!

I recommend checking the park's schedule for events before you go, as there are sometimes special shows or promotions that can really enhance your visit. I missed one during my trip!
La Mer de Sable

Check the schedule for shows and activities on the park map when you arrive; I missed a few fun performances because I didn’t plan ahead, and it felt like a bummer.

Bring your own snacks and drinks! I was surprised at how pricey the food was inside, so packing a picnic helped save some cash and keep my energy up.
