My advice is to try the cheese samples before buying anything... Some of them are really rich and might surprise you... You won't want to waste your money on something you don't love!

I think the best time to visit is around 2 PM. That's when the cheesemakers are usually available for questions, and you get to see a fresh batch being made. Super cool experience!
