I highly recommend booking your treatment in advance, especially on weekends. I went on a Saturday and had to wait for ages because they were fully booked.

I think visiting around 3 PM on a weekday is perfect; it was a lot less crowded than the morning rush, and I had way more space to relax.

My advice is to check their happy hour deals for reduced prices, especially in the late afternoon around 4 PM. I saved a good bit then, which was awesome.
