Deauville Beach
Check out the beach chairs and umbrellas that you can rent instead of just laying on the sand. I didn’t know they had that, and it’s way comfier than chilling on a towel.
I recommend stopping by the local farmers’ market on Wednesdays and Sundays. You’ll find some great artisanal food and drinks that are perfect for a beach snack!
Grab a baguette and some cheese from a local shop for a picnic. The beach vibe is more relaxed and you’ll save a ton compared to dining out. Seriously, it’s the way to go
Beach Le Touquet-Paris-Plage
If you can, visit the beach early in the morning, around 8 AM. It’s so much quieter then, and you can snag a great spot without the crowds. Plus, the sunrise feels magical.
Great Beach of Trouville
My advice is to bring your own snacks and drinks; beachside cafes can be a bit pricey. I ended up paying way too much for a sandwich!
I recommend hitting the beach around 4 PM when the crowds start to thin out. It's way more relaxing, and you get to enjoy the sunset without the rush.
Casino Beach
If you're planning to swim, keep an eye on the waves and the flags. I got a bit too adventurous one day, and let's just say I had an unexpected workout trying to swim back!
There's a cute café nearby, but the prices are a bit steep. If you can, pack some snacks. I regretted spending too much on watery coffee when a simple sandwich would have done!
