I suggest you grab a map at the entrance because the castle is a bit tricky to navigate. Having one made exploring so much easier and helped me not miss any cool spots!

I suggest visiting on a weekday to avoid the crowds; we went on a Saturday and it was packed. The gardens are beautiful and definitely worth taking your time in, but it felt rushed with so many people around
