I recommend doing a wine tasting on a Monday morning if you can. The place is way less crowded and you can chat with the staff more. I went on a weekend and felt rushed.

My advice is to grab a picnic lunch at a nearby deli and enjoy it on the field after your tasting... It's a great way to relax and soak in the views without spending much
