Airsoft Arena The Front Line

Pack a snack! The breaks can be longer than expected, and having something to munch on kept my energy up for more rounds.

Bring your own gear if you can! Rentals are okay, but I found my personal gear way more comfortable. Plus, saves you some cash.
Triberg Waterfalls

If you’re into hiking, don't just stick to the main path. Take the side trails for some stunning views, but make sure to wear good shoes – some areas can get slippery!

Check the weather before heading out. I got caught in a sudden shower, and it made the trails muddy. A light waterproof jacket would have been a lifesaver!

I recommend bringing a packed lunch. There are some nice spots to sit and enjoy your food while admiring the view, and it saves you from overpriced snacks at the cafe!

I suggest getting there early, like around 9 AM, to beat the crowds. It’s way more enjoyable when it’s not packed! Plus, you’ll get better photos without all those people in the background.
Hockenheimring

If you're driving, consider parking at the nearby public lots instead of the official ones. It’s cheaper and just a short walk away.

My advice is to bring earplugs. The noise from the engines is intense, and you’ll want to enjoy the race without damaging your hearing

I think taking the train to Hockenheim is a great idea. It drops you right near the entrance and you avoid the headache of parking during big events.

I suggest snagging your tickets online ahead of time, as it can save you a bunch of time in line. I went on race day and the queue was crazy!
Liftverbund Feldberg

If you're a beginner, I think hiring a local instructor for a couple of hours is a smart move. I did and it made a world of difference in my confidence and technique.

Consider renting equipment at a shop in town instead of at the resort. It can be significantly cheaper and you can take your time to find exactly what you need; I learned that the hard way.

Check out the lunch options earlier in the day. I waited too long and ended up with a limited selection. You might even want to pack your own snacks!
Paintball Arena Kraichgau
MSZU Muller Schieszentrum Ulm GmbH

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. I felt way more relaxed and it was safer when moving around the shooting range.

Bring some cash for snacks or the souvenir shop. I regretted not having cash on me because the card payments weren't accepted everywhere.

I suggest booking your session online beforehand. I saved time by avoiding the long lines that formed at the entrance, and it guaranteed my spot!
Schauinsland

If you're planning to hike, bring plenty of water and snacks. There's not much available at the top, and trust me, you'll regret it when you're parched!

My advice is to visit during weekdays, especially around 10 AM. It's way less crowded then, and you can enjoy the nature without the noise of large groups

Don't forget to pack a light jacket! It can get chilly up there, even in summer. I learned that the hard way when I froze during an afternoon hike at Schauinsland.
Schluchsee
Skydive Saulgau

My advice is to wear comfortable clothes. You’ll be in a harness and jumping out of a plane, so anything too tight or fancy might make it less enjoyable.

I think it's worth getting a GoPro package. The footage is priceless, and you'll want to relive the moments later. Just be ready for a bit of an upsell when you arrive.

I recommend checking their social media for any last-minute weather updates or special promotions. I found out about a discount the day before I went that saved me some cash.
