Porsche Museum

I think the cafe is a bit pricey, so maybe grab snacks before your visit. I spent more than expected on just a coffee!

My advice is to download the Porsche Museum app. It’s loaded with info and a virtual tour that’s super helpful while you explore.

If you’re planning to grab some souvenirs, try checking out the shop before 4 PM. Later in the day, it can get pretty crowded and stuff might run out!

I suggest arriving right when they open at 9 AM. You get to enjoy the exhibits without the crowds and take amazing photos.
Hohenzollern Castle

Consider bringing a picnic to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There are some lovely spots to sit, and food at the café can be pricey.

I suggest visiting on a weekday if you can; the crowds on weekends can be overwhelming, and you’ll have a much more peaceful experience exploring the castle.

My advice is to buy your tickets online in advance. It saved me a lot of time skipping the ticket queue, which can get pretty long
Pile Dwelling Museum

My advice is to explore the outdoor exhibits first thing. The weather was perfect when I visited, and it really set the mood for the whole experience. Don't miss 'em!

I recommend visiting during the week if you can. It gets pretty crowded on weekends and you'll want to avoid the hustle and bustle, especially if you want to take some nice photos.
Zeppelin Museum

Take your time with the interactive displays. I found them super engaging and they really added to my understanding of the history.

Try to visit on a weekday; it’s way less crowded and you can really soak in the exhibits without feeling rushed.

I suggest getting the combo ticket for the museum and the Zeppelin ride if you're up for it. It’s a fun add-on and saves a little cash compared to buying separately.

Dress in layers! The museum can be a bit chilly inside, especially in the main exhibit area, and you might want to shed some layers after moving around.
Black Forest Open Air Museum

I recommend downloading the museum app for interactive information. It made our experience richer with stories about the buildings and exhibits we visited.
Charlottenhohle

I suggest you purchase your tickets online in advance, it saved me a lot of waiting time. The queues can get really long, especially on weekends. Plus, you'll have a guaranteed spot!

I think bringing a flashlight is a good idea. Even though they provide some lighting in the caves it can get a bit dark in spots. A little extra light made my experience much better.
