Miniatur Wunderland

If you can, visit on a weekday, preferably Tuesday or Wednesday. It felt a lot less crowded, and I could take my time admiring the detail.
Look for the little hidden gems or 'hidden objects' they've placed around. It's like a mini treasure hunt that made the visit even more fun!

Don't miss the night scenes; they really come alive! I recommend staying until closing time, around 6 PM, to see the magical lights.

Be sure to allocate at least 3-4 hours if you want to see everything in detail. I rushed through too fast because I underestimated the size!
See Miniature country

Don't skip the little details in the models! I almost rushed by, but take your time - some of the scenes have funny little jokes or Easter eggs that made me laugh hard!
Try to visit on a weekday if you can. I went on a Saturday and it was super crowded, which made it tough to see everything. Weekdays are chill and you can really soak it all in.

If you're bringing kids, bring a snack or two. They have nice places to grab food, but the lines can be long. A little snack kept my energy up while we explored!
I suggest checking out the nighttime lights show they do... It's stunning! Just make sure you arrive early enough to get a good spot... I almost missed it!
Old Tunnel under the Elbe
St. Michael's Church

I really enjoyed the view from the tower, but it gets super crowded. I suggest going around 9 AM to beat the rush. Trust me, the early bird gets the best pics!
Hamburg Art Gallery

Don’t forget to wander around the outdoor space! It’s a nice contrast to the gallery and a good spot for some unique photos. I missed this and it looked cool!

I recommend checking out the temporary exhibits first, they are often the highlight, but can be easy to miss if you start with the permanent collection.

Here’s a tip: the café has great coffee and is relatively cheap compared to other spots nearby. Perfect for a lil' break!
Hamburg Dungeon
I recommend getting your tickets online to save a few euros and skip the line at the entrance. Seriously, nobody wants to spend half their day waiting!

Plan to spend at least two hours there. I underestimated it and rushed through some parts. There's a lot to take in; you don't want to miss anything!

Watch out for the jump scares—they totally got me! I suggest sitting towards the back of each show if you're not into surprises.

My advice is to visit on a weekday, especially if you can go early, around 10 AM. The crowds are way lighter, and you can enjoy the experience more!
