My advice is to wear comfortable shoes. The paths can be uneven, and if you're eager to explore the whole park, you'll be walking quite a bit. Trust me, your feet will thank you!

I think it's best to plan your visit on a weekday if you can. The weekends get packed, and you'll spend more time dodging crowds than enjoying the animals!

I suggest checking the weather ahead of time. If rain's in the forecast, don't let that deter you but make sure to bring a good raincoat—some parts can get muddy and slippery.

I think it’s worth spending some extra time at the petting zoo area. It’s usually less crowded in the early afternoon, and the animals are super friendly—definitely a highlight for kids!

I recommend going on a weekday if you can; the cave was super crowded on the weekend. More time to enjoy it and take photos without tons of people around!
