Make sure you pack extra layers. The weather can change quickly up there and on my visit, it got colder as the day went on - I really wished I'd brought mittens instead of just gloves!

I recommend trying to go on a weekday instead of the weekend. It’s way less crowded and you’ll have more space to enjoy the slopes without dodging too many people!

My advice is to check the weather and road conditions before heading out. We faced a bit of a delay because some routes were snowy and icy - a total headache!

You'll save some cash by bringing your snacks and drinks. There are picnic spots, and food prices inside can get pretty steep.

If you're thinking about buying a photo package, consider doing it after a couple of rides. I bought it too early and regretted not getting better shots later!

My advice is to wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes. I saw some people struggling in sandals, and trust me, it's all about the grip in those sleds!

I suggest getting there before 10 AM to beat the lines... We arrived around 9:45, and it was much quieter, giving us time for multiple rides without waiting too long
