I think you should take your time with the audio guide... It adds so much to the experience and helps you understand the exhibitions better... Don't rush it!

If you can, try to visit on a weekday around 11 AM. It was super quiet, and I really enjoyed having the space to myself without the weekend crowds.

I recommend visiting in the morning, around 10 AM. It gets really busy later, and you'll have a better chance to chat with the guides and soak up the info. Plus, it’s cooler, so you can enjoy exploring more
