My advice is to wear good hiking shoes. I wore sandals and regretted it about halfway through my trek. Trust me, your feet will thank you, especially on the slippery parts.

I suggest visiting on a weekday if you can. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty crowded. I think it would be way more peaceful and enjoyable with fewer people around

If you want the beach almost to yourself, I recommend arriving around 8 AM... The early morning vibe is so peaceful, and I was able to snag a perfect spot
