I think the vibe is way better at night when the place is lit up, but if you enjoy a more chill atmosphere, I suggest going in the late afternoon to avoid the hustle

My advice is to arrive a bit earlier if you're going on a weekend. It gets crowded fast after 8 PM and you might have to wait for a table.
