I suggest visiting early, like around 7 AM, to beat the crowd and catch the best light for photos. It was so peaceful when I got there, and the colors of the canyon at sunrise were stunning!

My advice is to grab some snacks or pack a lunch before heading out. There aren't many food options nearby, and I wished I had brought something to munch on while enjoying the views.
