Margarita Gardens
Go around 9 AM for fewer crowds. I went later, and it was packed with tourists. Early birds definitely get the best pics and vibes!
If you want to capture some great photos, head to the higher viewpoints. I waited too long and missed the golden hour, which would’ve made my pics pop way more.
I think visiting during spring is the best! The flowers are blooming and everything looks gorgeous. Definitely worth the trip then instead of in the winter when it’s all bare!
Check for free entry days. My friends and I saved some cash by going on a Sunday when they had free admission – what a win!
Cittadella di Parma
I think visiting later in the afternoon, say around 4 PM, is a great idea. The crowds thin out a bit, and you can snap some awesome photos without loads of other people in the background.
Statua Parco Ducale
Villa Ghigi
Wear comfortable shoes! The paths can be a bit uneven, and you’ll want to explore all the little nooks without worrying about sore feet.
If you're planning to visit during summer, go in the late afternoon (around 5 PM). The park feels cooler and the golden light is perfect for photos
Villa Spada
I recommend visiting in the late afternoon around 5 PM. The light is gorgeous then and you can catch a stunning sunset over the gardens. Trust me, it's a vibe!
My advice is to bring a picnic. The park is so beautiful, and you'll save some cash while enjoying your meal amidst nature. Just don’t forget to pack trash bags!
Park of Villa Angeletti
I suggest visiting in the early morning, around 8 AM, when it's less crowded and the light is perfect for photos. Plus, you can enjoy the tranquility before the hustle starts!
