I highly recommend grabbing a coffee at one of the little cafes around the square. You might pay a bit more, but the atmosphere is worth it! I think it's nice to soak in the surroundings.

Watch out for the 'tourist traps' that sell overpriced souvenirs. Instead, explore the side streets for unique shops. You’ll save money and find some really special stuff!

If you're into street performers, check them out in the afternoons. But be careful—they can be a bit overwhelming and some can be quite aggressive for tips.

I found that sitting on the steps was super relaxing, but make sure to bring a small towel or something to sit on – the marble can be chilly and uncomfortable after a while.

Grab a gelato from a nearby shop instead of splurging on snacks right at the steps. There are plenty of fabulous spots to chill and enjoy your treat in the sun!

Try to visit the Spanish Steps early in the morning, around 7:30 AM. You'll beat the crowds and get some great photos without a million people in the background!
