Lago di Tenno

I recommend going to Lago di Tenno during the week instead of the weekend. It can get super crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, making it tough to find a good spot to chill.

My advice is to bring a picnic! There are lovely spots around the lake to sit and eat, and it definitely saves you money compared to local cafes.

I think you should swim early in the morning, like around 8 AM. The water is super refreshing, and you'll have the place mostly to yourself before the crowds show up.
Lago di Carezza

Try to visit during the week instead of on the weekends. Way fewer people, and you can enjoy the tranquility of the lake much more.

Don’t forget your camera, but I also recommed just soaking it all in without constantly snapping pics. Some moments are better experienced in person!

Bring some snacks and a picnic blanket! There aren’t a ton of food options nearby, and eating by the lake is the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

Wear good shoes! The paths around Lago di Carezza can get muddy and slippery, especially if it’s been raining. I learned that the hard way!
Cascate del Varone

I think timing your visit to avoid weekends is the way to go. Weekdays are way less busy, making the whole experience more peaceful and enjoyable.

I recommend visiting early, like around 9 AM, to beat the crowds. It makes the experience way more enjoyable and you can take awesome photos without lots of people in them.

I suggest taking the short path rather than the longer one. It's less strenuous and you'll still get great views of the falls without needing to rush.

Don't skip the chance to explore the surrounding gardens. They're beautiful and provide a nice break after checking out the waterfalls. I found the views stunning.
Skigebiet Kronplatz
Pini Beach

My advice is to grab a spot near the water by 9 AM to secure a good sunbathing spot. By 10, it felt crowded and some were left without space!

I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks, because the beach bars can get pricey. I ended up spending way more than I expected just on a couple of drinks.

If you’re planning to rent a sunbed, I recommend doing it early in the morning. They tend to sell out fast, especially on weekends, and you don’t want to be left with just a towel!

Don't forget to bring water shoes! The pebbles can be a bit tough on the feet, and I wish I had remembered to bring mine. It would have made walking around so much easier!
Dolomiten Alpin

My advice is to bring plenty of water and snacks... Some trails can be a bit more strenuous than expected, and you don't want to be caught off-guard without supplies!

If you can, avoid the weekends when the crowds are crazy. I went during a Saturday and it took forever to find parking. Try a weekday instead!

I suggest checking out the local bakeries for breakfast before hitting the trails. The pastries are super fresh and wayyy better than any hotel breakfast!

I recommend buying a combined ticket for the lifts if you plan to do multiple hikes. It'll save you some cash instead of paying for individual fares!
Torbole Beach

I suggest checking out the local markets in the morning for cheap snacks before hitting the beach. I found a spot that sold fresh fruit for a great price, and it was perfect for a beach picnic.

I think if you want a quieter spot, try heading to the beach around 4 PM. It gets less crowded and you can really enjoy the sunset without all the noise.

My advice is to rent a bike instead of driving. It was way more fun and you can explore the beautiful lakeside paths without the hassle of finding parking.
Earth Pyramids of Platten

Wear good hiking shoes! I made the mistake of wearing flip-flops and regretted it on the rocky paths. Trust me, your feet will thank you!

Take plenty of water, especially during hot months. I underestimated the hike and ran out! Hydration is key to enjoying the experience.

Don't forget your camera! The landscapes are breathtaking, and you'll want to capture every moment. I missed some shots because my phone was dead.
