Rialto Bridge

I think you should avoid dining at the restaurants right by the bridge. They’re often overpriced and not that great. I found some hidden gems just a bit further away!

I recommend going to the bridge around 8 AM. It's way less crowded, and you can actually take some nice photos without too many people in the background

My advice is to wear comfortable shoes. The cobblestones can be tough on the feet especially if you’re wandering around after visiting the bridge!

If you're into shopping, try to check out the small markets nearby. They have unique souvenirs that are actually decent in price, compared to the touristy stuff.
St. Mark's Square

I recommend wearing comfy shoes; the square is bigger than it looks and you might end up walking around for a while. Happy feet make happy tourists!

i suggest visiting st. mark's square in the early morning, like around 7 am, to beat the crowds and enjoy the peaceful vibe. it was magical with just a few people around.

My advice is to check out the free live music performances in the evening. It turned out to be a wonderful surprise and added to the romantic atmosphere!

If you're on a budget, skip the fancy cafes; I found a cozy little bakery nearby with amazing pastries for way less. Treat yourself without breaking the bank!
Juliet's House
St. Mark's Cathedral
Bridge of Sighs
Ponte Pietra
Academy Bridge

Bring your own snacks! There are some pricey cafes nearby. I saved a bunch by just grabbing a sandwich from a local shop before heading to the bridge.

Check out the view from the bridge during the day as well as at night—both have their charm! I was blown away by the city lights reflecting on the water later on.

Watch out for those gondola rides! They can be super tempting but they really add up. If you still want that experience try to negotiate the price a bit.

If you're after great photos, aim for sunrise or sunset. The lighting is magical and way fewer tourists around! Trust me, it makes a huge difference.
Scaliger Bridge

Bring your camera, but also consider a good smartphone gimbal! I found that shooting video of the bridge's majestic architecture was just as amazing as snapping photos.

Watch out for the street performers. They can get a bit overwhelming at times. I think it's best to enjoy them briefly and then move on to soak up the scenery freely.

If you're interested in history, take a quick moment to read about the bridge's significance. Knowing its backstory really enhanced my appreciation while I was there!
