Don’t miss the tower climb – but be ready for a workout! The views from up there are stunning and it’s a great way to see the layout of the castle.

Consider combining your visit with a walk around the lovely park nearby. It's a peaceful spot and gives you some beautiful views of the castle

Arrive right at 10 AM when they open. You'll beat the crowds and have the castle all to yourself for a bit, which makes for some fantastic photos.

My advice is to bring cash. The entrance fee is reasonable, but they only accept cash, so plan ahead or you might have to miss out.

I recommend visiting around 2 PM to avoid the big groups, it gets a bit crowded, and you want to soak in the atmosphere without too much distraction from others.

If you’re into history, take your time exploring the outdoor areas. Some of the best spots for photos are outside, and you don’t want to rush past them!

I suggest wearing comfty shoes. The place has a lot of uneven floors and staircases, and trust me, you don't want sore feet exploring all the nooks and crannies
