I think walking the park in a clockwise direction is smarter. Most folks go the other way, so you’ll avoid the crowds and get some great shots of the sculptures without anyone photobombing you.

I recommend arriving right when the park opens around 10 AM. It gets crowded later, and you’ll have a much better experience wandering around without too many people in the way. Plus, you might catch some cute animals at that time!
