Cathedral of St. Stanislav
Trakai Island Castle
Lithuanian Maritime Museum

My advice is to wear comfortable shoes. You'll be doing a lot of walking, especially if you want to see everything in the outdoor areas too.

Look for combo tickets if you're planning to visit both the museum and the nearby dolphin show. It saves you a bit of cash, and both are really fun!

If you're into marine life definitely make time for the aquarium section. It was a highlight for me and I could've spent even more time there!

Grab some snacks before you go because the café there can be pricey and the selection is pretty limited.
Spicy brama
Amber Museum

I'd suggest visiting on a weekday if possible. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty packed, making it hard to enjoy some exhibits fully.

Make sure to take your time in the first few rooms. They have some cool displays of amber in different forms. I rushed through and regretted not looking more closely.

I recommend checking if they have any special exhibitions happening when you visit. I missed one on local amber artists that sounded super interesting, and I kicked myself for it!

If you're into unique photography, head to the museum around 10AM when it opens. The light is great, and the place is less crowded, so you can snap some stunning shots without too many people around.
Three Crosses
Palace of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania

I suggest visiting on a weekday morning to avoid the weekend crowds. I went on a Wednesday at 10 AM, and it felt much more peaceful and enjoyable

If you can, explore the gardens behind the palace! I almost missed this part, but when I did, the scenery was stunning and offered some relaxing moments away from the hustle.

My advice is to take advantage of the free entry on the first Sunday of the month. I saved a good chunk of change, and the place was buzzing with special events.
Catholic Church of St. Anne

I recommend checking out the small shops around the church afterwards. They have unique souvenirs at better prices than in the main tourist areas.

I suggest visiting early in the morning, around 9 AM. It was way less crowded, and I could really take in the stunning architecture without the hustle and bustle.

My advice is to bring a water bottle. There aren’t many places nearby to grab a drink, and you’ll want to stay hydrated while admiring this beautiful church.
Catholic Church of St. Peter and St. Paul

If you can try to visit on a weekday. The weekends can get pretty crowded and you'll want to truly appreciate the stunning architecture without all the noise.
