Bring your own petanque balls if you have them! While they do have rentals, it's always better to use what you're comfortable with, and renting can add up if you're planning to play a lot

I suggest trying out some local eateries for authentic Malaysian food. It’s way cheaper than the resort restaurants and way tastier! The street food at nearby stalls was a highlight for me.

My advice is to rent a surfboard for a whole day rather than just a couple of hours. It’s much more economical if you plan to hit the waves multiple times.

I think bringing your own beach gear like umbrellas and snacks can save you a ton of money. The prices for renting stuff at the beach can really add up, and you want to be comfortable!

if you're into photography, i recommend heading to the beach around sunset. the views are stunning, and it’s less crowded—perfect for those instagram shots!

If you have a smartphone, download an offline map before you go. The trail can get a bit tricky, and I got lost a few times without cell service!

Start your hike early around 7 AM to beat the heat and catch some stunning morning views. It's way less crowded then too!

Bring plenty of water and snacks; I ran out halfway and it wasn't fun! A small backpack is perfect for this.

My advice is to bring your own snacks and water bottles. Prices inside can be a bit steep, and you’ll save a lot by packing some food from home!

I think you should check the weather before you go. We got caught in a rain shower, and a lot of rides were closed for a while. It was still fun, but it set us back.

I recommend visiting in the late afternoon around 4 PM when the heat starts to ease. It gets pretty hot earlier in the day, and you'll have a more enjoyable experience playing in cooler temps.

I suggest bringing your own petanque balls if you have them. Renting can be a hassle and it saves you some bucks. Plus, it's more fun to play with your own gear.
