Natural Arch of Cabo San Lucas

If you're planning to swim, I suggest avoiding the area right around the arch; the currents can be strong and it’s better to relax at nearby beaches instead.

Check out the local boat tours to get closer to the arch! I found one that was affordable and included a guide who shared cool facts about the area.

I recommend arriving around 8 AM to beat the crowds and enjoy the stunning views without the hustle. The early morning light is perfect for photos too!

Plan for some time to hike around the area afterwards. The views from different angles are incredible and it's worth exploring a bit more beyond just the arch.
Cannery Beach

I recommend exploring the area a bit! There's some amazing street food a few blocks away that’s way cheaper than the beach restaurants and tastier too. Pop over to check it out!
My advice is to bring your own snacks and drinks. Beachside prices can be a bit steep, and there are plenty of shady spots where you can chill with your stuff.

I think hitting Cannery Beach in the morning around 9 AM is perfect! The crowds are way lighter, and you can snag the best sun loungers. Later in the day, it gets super packed.

I suggest checking out the local vendors but bargaining a little. They can be really flexible on price, and I managed to snag some cool souvenirs for way less than asking price.
Lovers Beach

If you can, go early, like around 8 AM. The beach is way less crowded, and you'll score some amazing pictures without a bunch of people in the background.
Watch out for the tide! My advice is to check the tide schedule before you go. When I was there, I got caught by the rising tide and had to scramble to higher ground.

I suggest renting a kayak or paddleboard; it’s super fun and gives you a different perspective of the stunning rock formations. Plus, it’s a nice way to keep active during your beach day!

I recommend bringing your own snacks and water because the food options are limited and a bit pricey. Packing a picnic is a great way to save some money and enjoy the beach longer.
Empacadora Beach

I think you should brave the waves if you're into it. Just keep an eye on the riptides; they can catch you off guard if you're not paying attention.

I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks... The beach can get pricey if you're buying from vendors... I saved a bunch by packing a cooler!

if you're looking for some shade, bring an umbrella. the palm trees are sparse, and i ended up getting a bit too much sun!
El Medano Beach

My advice is to bring some snacks and drinks, since the beachside vendors can be pricey. I thought it was going to be affordable, but I ended up spending more than I planned

If you want to avoid the crowds and get a good spot, I suggest hitting the beach before 10 AM... It gets packed quick, and the vibe is way more chill early on
