Condesa Beach
If you're looking for souvenirs, skip the beach shops and head to the nearby markets. You can find better deals and more unique items while supporting local artisans.
When ordering food or drinks from beachside vendors, I recommend asking for prices first. Some places have hidden charges, so being upfront can save you some cash.
La Roqueta Beach
I think the best time to visit is around 10 a.m. The sun isn’t too harsh yet, and you can find a good spot without the crowds. Plus, you get to enjoy the place in peace!
La Quebrada
Don’t forget your camera. The views from La Quebrada are stunning, and you'll want to capture all the moments, but remember to be mindful of your surroundings because it can get crowded.
Consider staying for the evening show; it’s magical seeing the divers light up with flaming torches against the sunset!
Tamarindos Beach
Watch out for the aggressive vendors; a friendly smile can help but don’t hesitate to say 'no' firmly if you’re not interested. It can get overwhelming if you're easily distracted!
La Bonfil Beach
My advice is to get there around 9 AM. The early morning vibe is way less crowded, and you can snag a great spot on the sand without the hustle.
Hornos Beach
I suggest arriving before 10 AM to snag a good spot on the sand. It can get super crowded, and you'd want to set up before the sun really heats up!
You should definitely bargain with the beach vendors. I got some fresh coconuts for half what they originally asked. Don't be afraid to haggle!
If you want to save a few bucks on drinks, grab some from a nearby store instead of the beach bars. They are way overpriced.
My advice is to bring your own beach towels and umbrellas. The rentals can be pricey, plus it's nice to have your own stuff for comfort
Acapulco Bay
I think you should explore the less crowded beaches nearby, like Playa Pie de la Cuesta. It’s about a 15-minute drive and a great way to escape the crowds!
El Morro Beach
Don't miss out on the nearby food stalls after swimming! I found an amazing taco stand just a short walk away that was way more affordable than the beach shacks
Bay of Puerto Marquez
my advice is to check out the local seafood shacks for lunch instead of the fancy restaurants. i found some amazing fish tacos that were way cheaper and just as delicious. definitely a win for saving cash
Cici Beach
I suggest hitting Cici Beach in the morning, around 9 AM. It was way less crowded and the water was super calm for swimming. Plus, you'll catch the beautiful sunrise! Don't forget your sunscreen - I got a bit burnt, haha!
