Libertad Market
Malecon Puerto Vallarta
Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Bring along some snacks and water. There are benches outside where you can relax and enjoy them while taking in the view of the church.

Dress in layers if you're going in the summer. It can get really hot outside, but the church has cool interiors that make it chilly inside.

Check out the small markets around the church after your visit. You can find some unique souvenirs that are much cheaper than in tourist shops.

Try to visit the church on a weekday around 10 AM when it's less crowded. You'll have a peaceful experience and can take better photos without too many people around.
Templo Expiatorio del Santisimo Sacramento
Rhythms of the Night

I suggest wearing comfy shoes. The walk from the boat to the venue can be a bit long, especially if you plan to dance later!

I recommend bringing some cash for drinks at the venue. They don’t take cards everywhere, and you don't wanna miss out on those mojitos!

My advice is to take your photos during the show; the lighting and the setups are super impressive. Just be respectful—no flash photography!

Try to sit near the front if you can. The view is way better, and you’ll feel more immersed in the performances. Bring a light jacket too; it can get a bit chilly by the evening.
Liberation Square
Minerva Roundabout
The Palm Cabaret and Bar

My advice is to check their schedule online before going. I made the mistake of not checking and missed a show I really wanted to see!

I think ordering a few drinks before the show starts can save you money. They have a happy hour early on, so take advantage of that.
Museum of Fine Arts of the University of Guadalajara

I recommend taking your time with the audio guide. I rushed it and wished I had lingered more on certain pieces—there's so much cool history behind the art!
