Agua Azul Park
Revolucion Park
I suggest visiting in the late afternoon, around 5 PM, when the weather is super nice and the park is less crowded. You can enjoy a nice sunset too!
Don’t forget your sunscreen! I didn’t realize how strong the sun would be, and I ended up catching a bit of a burn - oops!
Try to check if there are any events or concerts happening while you’re there. I found out after my visit that there were some cool live shows on the weekends
Bosque Los Colomos
Don’t forget your camera. The lush greenery is so beautiful, plus you can spot some local wildlife. I regret not taking more pics while I was there.
Alcalde Park
Barranca de Oblatos
If you're into photography, head to the canyon around 7 a.m. The light is amazing and fewer people around. Perfect for those Insta pics!
i suggest wearing comfortable shoes. the trails can be a bit rough and my feet were hurting after a while. definitely learned my lesson there!
Mirador Independencia Park
If you’re looking for a great view, climb up to the top of the mirador around sunset. It’s magical, but be prepared for a bit of a hike!
I recommend visiting during the late afternoon, around 4 PM. The lighting is perfect for photos, and the park isn’t too crowded at that time.
Make sure to bring a small backpack with snacks and water! The food options are limited and can be a bit pricey.
Gonzalez Gallo Park
I suggest visiting Gonzalez Gallo Park in the early morning, around 8 AM, to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and avoid the crowds. The light is also great for photos!
Main Square
I suggest checking out the local food stalls around the square early in the afternoon. The tacos are fresh and super cheap, and you get a taste of authentic local flavor. I wish I’d found them sooner
