Carrizalillo Beach

Don't forget your reef-safe sunscreen. The beach is beautiful, and you’ll want to protect both your skin and the environment.

Check the tides! I wish I had, as the waves were super high during my visit, which made it tough for swimming. The tide charts are easy to find online.

Get there early, around 8 AM, to beat the crowds and snag a good spot on the beach. The sunrise views are stunning and the water is calmer for swimming

I suggest checking their schedule ahead of time. There are some days that are much busier than others, and you'll save a lot of time if you avoid the rush. Trust me, I learned the hard way!

I recommend buying snacks from local markets instead of beach vendors; you'll save money and get some legit local flavors that are way yummier.

My advice is to get an oceanview hostel if you can; it's worth spending a bit more. The sunsets from your balcony will be memories for a lifetime!
The Parotas Golf Club Huatulco

Don't forget to check the local rules for dress code! Some folks got turned away when I was there because of improper attire, so just double-check before you go.
