If you want to avoid long lines, arrive right when the park opens at 9 AM. The first hour was my favorite because we had rides almost to ourselves.

Check out the cave swimming later in the day when the crowds thin out. It’s so peaceful and gives you a moment to relax and enjoy the scenery.

I highly recommend trying the buffet lunch at noon. It’s included in your ticket, and the food was hearty and delicious–better than I expected!

Buy the photos at the end. They’re a bit pricey, but trust me, it’s worth it for the memories! We regretted not purchasing them immediately after.

Get there by 9 AM to avoid the crowds and have a more relaxed experience. It really made a difference for us!

Wear water shoes! The rocks can be super slippery and I almost fell a couple of times. Trust me, just get some.

John April 1, 2025

Bring your own snacks and drinks! The food at the café is a bit pricey. I spent way more than I expected for just a sandwich and a drink

Richard March 28, 2025

Plan your visit for a weekday if you can. The weekends can get really busy and you’ll have a better experience with less people around.

If you plan to swim, go for a quick dip before 11 am when the sun is not too intense. It’s much more refreshing and less crowded at this time.

I think it’s worth checking out the lazy river early on. It can get busy later and it’s super relaxing. Plus, you can chill while floating and enjoy the scenery.

Dorothy March 19, 2025

My advice is to pack some snacks in your bag. While the food included in the package is decent, having your own snacks can save you some cash throughout the day.

If you want to try snorkeling, don’t wait until the afternoon. I did, and the water was getting a bit murky with all the people. Morning is definetly the best time!

Jack December 22, 2024

I suggest arriving right when the park opens at 9 AM. You’ll beat the crowds and have more time to explore all the attractions without the long lines.

I think starting your round around 7:00 AM is best. The course is beautiful in the morning light and less crowded, so you can enjoy a relaxed game.

Jill January 27, 2025

My advice is to pack some snacks and drinks. The prices at the club's refreshment stops can really add up, and you don’t want to miss your shots while searching for food.

I recommend booking your tee time online in advance. I waited on the phone and lost some prime slots. Better to secure your spot earlier.

Don't miss the lazy river! It's super relaxing and a perfect way to unwind between more intense activities. I could float there all day!

user avatar
Robert January 21, 2025

Pack snacks in your bag or buy them at nearby shops before entering. Food inside is tasty but can get pricey if you eat a full meal at the park

user avatar
Elijah November 25, 2024

If you're going to do the zip lines, do the higher ones first while you have energy. Those adrenaline-pumping rides will be so much more fun when you’re fresh!

user avatar
Anthony October 18, 2024

If you're planning to swim in the cenotes, consider renting a snorkel gear on-site instead of bringing your own. It's affordable, and they have great equipment.

I recommend exploring the cenote fully; there’s a part that’s super shallow and calm. I totally thought it was just a swimming hole, but I found some cool spots once I wandered around!

user avatar
Robert February 16, 2025

Don't forget to bring your own snorkeling gear if you have it! Rentals can be pricey, and honestly, it’s so much nicer using your own stuff.

If you want to save some bucks, look for combo deals or packages that include other activities. I stumbled upon a great discount on my second day and wish I had checked it out sooner!

Samuel November 5, 2024

i suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks. the food out there can be a bit pricy, and you're gonna want some fuel after all that paddling and snorkeling!
