Teotihuacan Pyramids

If you're on a budget, pack a lunch! The food stalls inside are quite pricey for what they offer, so save some cash and enjoy a picnic.

Check the weather before you go. I went on a sunny day but underestimated the heat so sunscreen and a hat were lifesavers

Bring a camera, for sure, but don’t get too caught up in taking pictures. The views are amazing and you might want to just soak it all in without the lens.
El Tahin
Three Cultures Square
Chalcatzingo

I think you should check out the nearby viewpoints for an epic view of the valley. I almost missed them and they are worth the extra time to hike up!
LA Quemada

Check out the sunset from the viewpoint! I got the best photos just before dusk, and the colors were stunning. Don't miss it if you can!

Bring snacks and water with you. The nearest place to buy anything is a bit far, and I found myself wishing I had some munchies while exploring.

I recommend visiting on a weekday if possible. It was super crowded on the weekend, and I think it affected the overall vibe.

I suggest wearing comfy shoes! The site has a lot of uneven paths. I regretted wearing sandals—my feet were killing me by the end of the day!
