Definitely try to arrive around 11 AM. The morning sunlight makes the view from the terrace even more breathtaking, and it gives you time to enjoy the wine tasting without the afternoon rush.

I suggest checking out their local cheese plates. They pair so well with the wines, and you'll get the best flavor combo for a good price compared to just wine tastings

My advice is to bring a light jacket if you're visiting in the late afternoon, as it can get a bit breezy once the sun starts to set. I almost regretted not having one.
