I suggest trying to book a tasting for around 2 PM... That way you get to enjoy the beautiful afternoon light and it’s usually less crowded... I went at lunch time, and it was super busy!

My advice is to check out the onsite restaurant for lunch. The food is (like) amazing and you can pair it perfectly with the wines. I had a great meal but I didn’t think to reserve a table ahead of time and had to wait.
Mission Estate Winery
Church Road Winery

I'd recommend booking the tastings in advance, especially on weekends. I was lucky, but I saw some people getting turned away because they were fully booked. A nit crowded, just go early to avoid the rush.
my advice is to definitely take the cheese pairing option with the wine tasting. it made a huge difference! i thought it was a bit pricey at first, but trust me, it’s totally worth it!
Elephant Hill Estate & Winery
Brookfields Vineyards

My advice is to go right when they open at 10 AM. It gets busy pretty quick, and you get more personal attention from the staff. Plus, the view in the morning light is stunning.

I recommend bringing a small picnic to enjoy with their wines! The outdoor area is super nice and makes for a relaxing afternoon. You can save some cash and enjoy good food with your wine tasting.
Trinity Hill

My advice is to go on a weekday if you can. It was way less crowded when I visited, and the staff could give more personalized attention—totally worth it!
