Centre of New Zealand Monument

My advice is to visit around 8 AM if you can. The sunrise views from the monument are breathtaking and way less crowded
The Suter Art Gallery

I suggest visiting The Suter Gallery on a Wednesday; that's when they have free admission, so you can save some cash while enjoying amazing exhibits!

I recommend checking out their cafe; they have great coffee and snacks. I really enjoyed sitting there to relax after exploring the galleries!
Nelson Classic Car Museum

I think visiting right when it opens at 10 AM is a smart move. It was less crowded then, so I had plenty of time to take in all the cars without feeling rushed.
Christ Church Cathedral

My advice is to check out the little gift shop inside. They have cool local crafts and books that fit any budget, plus, every purchase helps support the cathedral's upkeep. Don't skip it.
The Nelson Provincial Museum

I recommend visiting on a weekday if you can – it was way less crowded when I went on a Tuesday afternoon, and it made for a much more enjoyable experience without the crowds!

my advice is to grab a coffee at the museum cafe before you start exploring, it’s a great way to refuel and the views are lovely – you can relax a bit before diving into all the history!
