I think bringing snacks from home can really save you some cash. The food in the area is decent, but it can get pricy, and the little snack bars add up quickly!

If you're thinking about night skiing, I recommend going on a Wednesday. The slopes were less crowded, and the atmosphere under the lights was amazing! Totally worth it

I suggest booking your lift passes online in advance. You'll save a few bucks and avoid the lines, which can get frustrating, especially during peak season.

If you're planning to rent gear, check out the rental shop around 8 AM. The lines can get super long later, and you'll save a ton of time hitting the slopes sooner.

My advice is to bring some change; the vending machines for snacks can really save your late-night snack cravings, but they only take coins

If you're planning to stay late, go for the smaller bites on the menu. I thought they'd be just as good as the entrees, and honestly, they are!

Kjeragbolten

I suggest downloading an offline map or using a hiking app, because cell service can be spotty up there. Trust me, it helps a ton when you’re navigating those trails!

My advice is to wear good hiking shoes; I saw a lot of people struggling in sneakers. Save yourself the blisters and go for something sturdy.

I recommend bringing snacks and plenty of water; the hike can be more strenuous than it looks, and no one wants to deal with hangry vibes at 1,000 meters!

I suggest booking your tickets online in advance to skip the queue... I waited a bit longer than I wanted at the counter, and it was super busy on a Saturday

My advice is to wear grippy socks if you have them. The park does provide them, but it feels nicer to jump around in your own if they’re clean
I recomend checking out the special deals on weekdays. I saved some cash going on a Tuesday instead of the weekend, plus it was less crowded!
Kjerag

If you're running low on cash, pack your own lunch instead of hitting the overpriced café at the top. I saved a ton just by bringing some sarnies!

When you're up on Kjerag, take your time and enjoy the scenery. Rather than rushing down, I suggest spending an extra hour to soak it all in; it’s totally worth it!

I highly recommend starting your hike super early, like around 7 AM. It gets crowded fast and you'll want those stunning views without the selfie stick invasion.

Don’t forget your binoculars! You’ll want to soak in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Plus, sometimes the game can be a bit far off, so being prepared is key

Definitely try to book your activities in advance as spots fill up quickly. I missed out on a couple of hunts because I didn't plan early enough!

If you're on a budget, pack your own snacks. The on-site food options can be pricey, and you really want to save your cash for all the great experiences instead.
