don't skip the small village at the base of the trail! i regret not exploring it more. the locals are super friendly and you can find some unique handmade crafts there.

Wear comfortable shoes with good grip! The trail can be quite slippery, especially after rain. I slipped a few times and it wasn't fun. Trust me on this one.
