Wawel Castle

My advice is to buy your tickets online. I went on a busy weekend, and the lines were super long. Pre-booking totally saved my time!

You might want to skip the audio guide. I found that some parts were underwhelming, and the free pamphlet had most of the info you need.
Oscar Schindler Enamel Factory

Make sure to take some time to read the stories on the walls; they really bring the history alive! I found it so much more meaningful in the moment.

Consider visiting on a weekday if you can. It was less crowded for me, and I could really soak in the exhibits without feeling rushed.

I suggest allowing at least two hours for your visit. I thought I could do it in one, but I ended up wanting to explore every detail

I recommend getting your tickets online in advance to skip the queues. It saved me a bunch of time on the day of my visit.
Kurgan Kosciuszko

I suggest taking a picnic to enjoy on the grass. The surrounding area is beautiful, and it saves you from overpriced food in the kiosks near the site.

Check the weather ahead of time. I went on a rainy day and wished I had brought an umbrella. The views are still great, but dry weather makes it much more enjoyable.

Try to time your visit with sunset if you can. The view from the top of the mound at dusk is unforgettable, and makes for some amazing photos!

Be prepared for some steep stairs! If you have mobility issues, consider taking your time or visiting a nearby park instead. It can be a workout!
Wawel Dragon

If you're looking to save money, bringing a packed lunch to enjoy in the nearby park is a great idea. There's plenty of lovely spots to chill with a good view!

You might wanna wear comfy shoes! The cobbled streets around Wawel can be a bit tough on the feet, especially after walking around for a while.
Cathedral of Saints Stanislav and Wenceslas

Bring cash! The gift shop and some small vendors around may not take card and I'd hate for you to miss out on some cool souvenirs like I did!

Check out the little museum on-site; it's often overlooked but has some super interesting pieces. I spent way too long just staring at the artifacts!

If you can, visit on a weekday, especially around 10 AM. The crowds are way lighter, and you can enjoy the architecture without feeling rushed. I wish I had known this sooner!

Take a moment to just sit in the courtyard and soak in the atmosphere. It’s one of those places that deserves a bit of your time to just absorb it all – trust me, it's so peaceful!
Museum of Polish Aviation

I recommend checking out the outdoor section first. The planes are super cool, but it can get pretty hot in the afternoon. Getting this done first means more comfort later!

I suggest starting your visit right when they open at 10 AM. It's way less crowded, and you can really take your time exploring the aircraft without feeling rushed.
Mariacki Church
Florian's Gate in Krakow

My advice is to check the weather ahead of time. It was rainy when I visited, so I ended up with wet shoes and missed some of the charms of the area.

Don't miss out on exploring the area around the gate. The streets leading to it have hidden gems, like local shops and street art that you'll want to snap a pic of!

Bring a snack! There are some cute cafes nearby, but they can be pricey. I wish I had packed a small bite to enjoy while soaking in the views.

If you're into history, I recommed taking a moment to read the info plaques around the gate. They give cool insights that are worth knowing before you snap that selfie.
National Museum in Krakow

If you're into art, skip the lower levels for now and head straight to the top floor first. It's less busy and you’ll get a great overview of the museum without feeling rushed.

Another tip is to grab a good map at the entrance. I skipped this and ended up wandering a bit too much which sucked up my time. Plus the layout can be tricky to figure out!

Make sure to check if there's a free entry day when the museum has no admission fee, trust me, it saves a bunch! I went on a Tuesday and it was packed, but free entry is worth it
Cloth Rows

Stop for a coffee at one of the nearby cafes instead of inside the Cloth Hall. You can find a quieter spot and enjoy the ambiance without breaking the bank.

Don't skip the upper floor of the Cloth Hall; the view over the square is stunning! It's a nice spot for photos and less crowded than downstairs.

Look for local vendors selling unique handmade crafts. I found some great souvenirs that were way cheaper than the tourist shops. Support the locals!
