Danube Park

Don’t skip the little pathways; they lead to some hidden gems and quieter spots where you can relax. I almost missed them looking for the main attractions!
i think visiting on a weekday is a smart move. the weekends can get crowded, and strolling around with fewer people makes the experience so much better!

I suggest checking out the park early in the morning around 8 AM. It’s so peaceful then, and you can catch the sunrise over the Danube. Plus, fewer crowds mean better photo ops!

If you want to save some bucks, pack your own snacks and drinks – there aren’t many affordable shops inside the park, and you’ll want to enjoy a picnic!
Fruska Gora

Bring plenty of water and snacks! Some trails can take longer than expected, and you'll thank yourself later when you’re not starving halfway through the hike.
Pack a picnic to enjoy while you're there. I found some lovely spots to relax with beautiful views, and it saves you money instead of eating at restaurants.
Deliblatsk Sands
Strand

When you’re ready for a swim, keep an eye out for the shallow areas – it’s easier to wade in slowly instead of just jumping, trust me! I learned that the hard way

I suggest checking the weather before heading out. If it looks overcast, you might want to pick another day; I've been caught out there when the clouds rolled in, and it wasn’t fun!
