If you can, visit on a weekday. It was way less crowded and I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere during my visit.

My advice is to pack snacks and water. There are spots to buy food but it's way more expensive and the lines can be long during peak times.

I recommend downloading a good offline map before heading out, since reception can be patchy, trust me it saved me a lot of time getting lost! Also, the trails can be a bit confusing if you're not familiar with them
