I recommend checking the weather report the day before you arrive. We had some unexpected fog on the first day, which made things tricky, so it's good to be prepared!

I suggest getting your lift pass online a few days in advance. It saved me a bit of cash, plus I skipped the long lines at the ticket booth!

If you're a newbie like me, start with the blue runs. They are a lot of fun and way less crowded in the morning. Don't forget to grab hot choco after.

My advice is to lunch a bit earlier than noon to avoid the rush. We waited over 30 minutes just for a seat at one of the popular spots.

I recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early. It gives you time to check in, get your gear, and maybe watch some races before you hit the track.

If you want to save some cash, bring your own helmet if you have one. They charge extra for rentals, and I found it easier to race with my own gear

I think going later in the day, around 5 PM, is best—it's less busy, and I got more track time without the rush of crowds.
