Cala Comte
I think you should check the weather before you go. Sometimes the winds can pick up in the afternoon, making it less enjoyable. The calm mornings are definitely the best!
Santa Ponca Beach
Watch out for those beach vendors; they can get a bit pushy. Just smile and say 'no gracias' if you’re not interested.
I suggest trying out the local tapas at the beachside restaurants. Way tastier than tourist traps and usually cheaper, too!
If you’re in for some fun, rent paddleboards around 2 PM when the crowds thin out a bit. It's a great way to explore without too many people around.
Cala Llombards
Bring some snacks and drinks! The beach does have a couple of nearby cafes, but they can be pricey. I think packing a picnic will save you some cash and let you enjoy the view longer.
I recommend checking the weather the day before you go. It suddenly got cloudy when I visited, and I missed some great sunshine. Better to be prepared than to be disappointed!
Cala Major Beach
Definitely check out the beach bars around lunchtime. I recommend trying the paella; it's fresh and not too pricey. Just avoid the tourist traps right on the sand if you want to save some cash!
Don’t forget to explore beyond the beach! I suggest taking a short walk to the nearby promenade. It’s nice to stroll, and there are some cute shops and less crowded bars to chill in.
Calo Des Moro
I suggest going to Calo Des Moro early, around 8 AM, to snag a good spot before the crowd pours in. The morning light is stunning too
My advice is to bring your own snacks and drinks. There are no shops nearby, and buying from the few vendors is a bit pricey.
Cala Saladeta
Cala Mesquida Beach
If you want to save some cash, bring your own snacks and drinks. The beach bars are a bit pricey and the quality is hit or miss. Baldy sun beds are overpriced too, so I suggest bringing your own towel or mat
My advice is to wear some comfy shoes. The walk down to the beach can be a bit rocky, and you don't want to twist an ankle trying to get to that perfect spot!
Cala Agulla
If you're planning to rent a sunbed, do it early. Prices go up in peak season and these spots fill up, so I recommend securing yours as soon as you arrive.
Local eateries offer great food, but don’t overlook the small beach kiosks. They have tasty snacks and drinks at better prices than the fancier places nearby; I wish I’d discovered them sooner.
Get there by around 9 AM to snag a good parking spot and avoid the heavy crowds. It gets packed fast, and you want to enjoy the beach without feeling like you're in a sardine can!
