Razzmatazz

My advice is to bring cash. Some bars were a bit slow processing cards and I ended up waiting a long time just to grab a drink.

If you're planning to stay late, grab a drink at one of the nearby bars before heading to Razz. Drinks there can be pricey and you might save some cash.

Don't miss out on the rooftop area if it's open! It was such a chill vibe compared to the dancefloors inside, and I loved taking a breather there.

Make sure to check their event calendar before you go. I found out too late that my favorite DJ was playing on a night I wasn’t prepared for!
Sala Apolo
W Barcelona

I recommend asking the staff about hidden spots on the terrace for stunning sunset views; there are some favorites that aren't immediately obvious.

For your drinks, skip the round by the pool – they're overpriced. Instead, walk out to nearby beach bars. You'll find great options at half the price!

My advice is to check the weather. We went on a cloudy day, and we missed out on some beach fun. Also, some beach clubs close early if it rains!

Pack some snacks if you plan to lounge all day. I always had a craving, and food service can be slow, especially when it's busy.
Jamboree
Moog

I recommend checking their schedule online for special DJ nights; you might catch a big name that’s worth it! Those nights can fill up quickly, so plan ahead.
Gran Teatre del Liceu

Check out the bar area before the show starts. I wish I had done this—there are some cool tapas options and it’s a nice way to unwind.

If you can, try to catch a performance on a weekday. The crowds are way smaller, and you might score some last-minute deals on tickets

I think it's smart to dine at nearby tapas bars before a show. They’re much more affordable and you’ll have a great meal instead of the expensive options inside the theatre. We ate for half the price and it was delicious!

i recommend booking your tickets online at least a week in advance. i saved a lot on fees and got great seats this way!
Bolshoi Theater Liceu

If you're a fan of opera, try to catch one of their guided backstage tours. I did it, and it was a fantastic insider view that added to my experience at the theater!

Arrive at least 30 minutes before your performance; the lobby is stunning and you can soak up the atmosphere before the show begins. I was rushed and missed some great photo ops.

Check out the nearby local cafes before the show for some quick bites. I grabbed a pastry and espresso that made the whole experience more enjoyable.

I suggest wearing comfortable shoes, especially if you’re planning to explore the area before or after the show. The beautiful nearby streets are best enjoyed walking!
