Parque del Retiro
My advice is to bring a portable charger. You’re gonna want to snap tons of pictures, and trust me, your phone's battery will drain fast with all the amazing sights.
If you're into art don’t miss the park's sculptures. But be careful I got lost wandering and spent over an hour looking for the exit! A map in hand can save you some time.
I suggest checking out the Crystal Palace; it's stunning, but it can get packed. Go on a weekday if you can. I made the mistake of visiting on a weekend, and it was hard to enjoy.
Casa de Campo
Park Europe
My advice is to wear comfy shoes! You’ll be walking a lot, and trust me, your feet will thank you after a full day of exploring.
Oeste Park
If you’re into jogging or biking, come prepared with your gear. The park is huge, and the pathways are perfect for a workout while soaking in the scenery.
Royal Botanic Gardens
Be ready for some walking! I wore flip-flops thinking it was a chill day, but I sorely regretted it after the first hour.
i suggest downloading the map from their website before your visit. it helped me navigate without getting lost, and it saved time!
Madrid Zoo and Aquarium
El Capricho Park
I suggest visiting on weekdays, especially in the morning around 9 AM. It gets way busier on weekends and you'll enjoy it more without the crowds.
