My advice is to bring your own snacks or lunch. The local places can be a bit pricey and the ones I tried weren’t even that great. Enjoying a picnic by the water is way more fun!

if you're renting gear, make sure to ask if there's a discount for multi-day rentals. i saved a good chunk of change when i did after booking the first day!

I recommend checking the local weather before you go out fishing. I didn't and it rained while I was there, which cut my time short. Maybe pack a small waterproof jacket just in case!

My advice is to hit the slopes around 3 PM. The crowds die down and you get to enjoy the fresh snow without bumping into tons of people. Just make sure you check the closing times on the lifts.

I suggest buying your ski pass online before you go. It saves you some cash and time waiting in line. Plus, you can snag some discounts if you book in advance! Trust me, standing in the cold isn't super fun.

Try to book your skiing lessons ahead of time, especially during peak season. I saw many people struggling to find open slots last minute, and it can save you both time and hassle
