Oeschinensee
Panorama Trail

I think the best views are right after the first hour of hiking, but watch your step! It gets rocky and tricky up there - definitely bring a good pair of shoes.

If you're planning to grab a bite, I'd suggest packing your own lunch. The restaurants along the trail can be pricey and the food's not that special, honestly.
Faulhornweg
Bring a good pair of walking sticks! It saved my knees on the downhill and they’re super handy for balance. I didn’t take mine and regretted it halfway through. You can usually find some for rent in nearby shops too.

I highly recommend starting your hike around 7 AM. The sunrise views are breathtaking and you’ll beat the crowd, plus it’s cooler for trekking. Trust me, you’ll want to soak in the quiet atmosphere before it gets busy

Make sure to download offline maps ahead of time! I lost signal a few times and it was a bit stressful trying to find my way. You don’t wanna miss the amazing spots because you took a wrong turn.

Pack some snacks and water. I thought there’d be more spots to fill up, but there were only a couple of places along the trail. It’s way cheaper to bring your own rather than rely on overpriced cafes along the way.
Northface Trail Murren
First - Bachalpsee
Schynige Platte Panorama Trail

Bring a reusable water bottle and fill it up at the fountains along the trail. It saves you cash and you’ll stay hydrated without buying overpriced drinks
Hardergrat

I recommend downloadin' a good offline map before you go. Cell service can be spotty up there, and we got a bit lost. Having a reliable map saved us a bunch of time and stress, plus it made exploration easier

I suggest packing a light lunch - there's nothing like a picnic with a view! We ended up buying snacks at the top, which were way overpriced. Save some cash and bring your own. Trust me, it’ll be worth it!
Murren - Schilthorn - Grauseewli

I suggest taking the cable car from Murren to Schilthorn early, around 8 am. You’ll avoid the big crowds and have the views all to yourself. Plus, the morning light is stunning for photos!
Kleine Scheidegg Loop
Schwarzhorn

if you're hiking up to schwarzhorn, i recomment starting around 7 am. you'll avoid the crowds and have more time to take those stunning photos without people photobombing you. trust me, it makes all the difference
